RETURN POLICY

At J.McLaughlin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, including clearance merchandise, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Online Returns:
  • Log in to your account at jmclwomens.com and follow the return instructions.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include the original packing slip or order confirmation.
  • Ship the return using a trackable method (we recommend insured shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns).
  1. In-Store Returns:
  • You may return online purchases to any J.McLaughlin retail location.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order online.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency, minus any bank or processing fees.
